warm goat cheese toasts
- 8-ounce log of fresh goat cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic, finely minced
- 4 ounces oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Baguette, sliced
Brush a small baking dish lightly with olive oil. Bake cheese in a 450 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Mix together the basil leaves, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes (oil drained).
Once the cheese has slightly cooled, mix in basil, garlic, and sun-dried tomato mixture.
Serve with sliced baguette rounds. Can also be served with crackers.
